We’re excited to get your Ploppals to you as quickly as possible! 💛

  • Processing Time: We aim to ship your order within 3 business days from the time of purchase.

Damages & Shipping Issues

We carefully package every Ploppal with love, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us at smiles@ploppals.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and/or receipt so we can assist you promptly.

If you’ve received a delivery notification but your package is missing, notify us in writing at smiles@ploppals.com within 1 day. You’ll also need to contact the mail carrier to resolve the issue, as we cannot be held responsible for the carrier’s failure to deliver your item.


Customized Orders

Please note that customized orders are non-refundable and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
