1. How long will it take to ship my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days so your Ploppals can start spreading joy as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way!


2. What if I need to return my Ploppal?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 3 days of receiving it, as long as it’s new, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at products@heathersjoy.com.
  • Please note: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank).

Final Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return.


3. What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your Ploppal arrives damaged, please let us know right away. Email us at products@heathersjoy.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.


4. I didn’t receive my package, but the tracking says it was delivered. What do I do?

If your tracking says "delivered" but you can’t find your package, here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check with your neighbors or household members.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for details.
  3. Email us at products@heathersjoy.com within 1 day of the delivery notification, and we’ll help however we can!

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, so please double-check your order details before checking out.


6. How are Ploppals made?

Each Ploppal is handcrafted with love, so no two are exactly alike! We use soft, high-quality milk cotton yarn and plush pp cotton for stuffing. Please note, our toys are created in a home environment that includes pets and smoke, so if you have allergies, proceed with care.


7. Are Ploppals safe?

Absolutely! All Ploppals are certified safe by the CPSC, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards for your peace of mind.
