1. How long will it take to ship my order?
We pack and ship orders within 3 business days so your Ploppals can be on their way in a flash. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order heads out!
2. What if I need to return my Ploppal?
If your Ploppal isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery—as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.To request a return, email us at products@heathersjoy.com.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the return.
Final Sale and custom orders are not eligible for return.
3. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
That’s no fun—let’s fix it. If your Ploppal arrives damaged, please email products@heathersjoy.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can help.
4. I didn’t receive my package, but the tracking says it was delivered. What do I do?
Start by checking with neighbors, roommates, or family. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier directly for more info.
Then email us at products@heathersjoy.com within 1 day of the delivery notification—we’ll do our best to assist.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we pack and ship quickly, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’re placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
6. How are Ploppals made?
Each Ploppal is handmade with soft milk cotton yarn and plush pp cotton stuffing—no two are exactly alike! Please note: Our toys are made in a home environment that includes pets and smoke, so if you have allergies, please use your best judgment before ordering.
7. Are Ploppals safe?
Yes! All Ploppals meet CPSC safety standards and are tested to ensure quality and safety.
