We hope you love your Ploppals, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help!
We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened merchandise in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of purchase. To start a return, just email us at smiles@ploppals.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7-14 business days. Keep in mind that bank processing times may vary, so there could be a slight delay beyond our control.
Kindly note that items marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
