We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, so your Ploppals will be on their way to spreading smiles in no time.

Returns:
We want you to love your Ploppals! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

To initiate a return, please email products@heathersjoy.com. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Refunds will be issued to the payment method on file within approximately 7-14 business days (please note that all banks’ processing times are different, so you may experience delays outside of our control)

There are no refunds on final sale items. Items marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.
